EVERTON are signing Portuguese striker Joao Silva, 19, for £600,000.
Silva, who has to complete a medical before sealing his move from Desportivo das Aves, said: "I am a fan of Wayne Rooney and Didier Drogba and it will be magnificent to play against them."
